The message emphasizes the "New Face of cobaltmortgage.com," providing informative and accurate industry knowledge and tools, while maintaining an approachable, "people-first" corporate culture.

In addition to the consumer marketing campaign created for the launch of the new site, a series of internal training presentations were created for staff to acquaint themselves with the features of the new site at their own pace, broken up into short, easily-understood "lessons."
